TOYOPEARL离子交换层析填料GigaCap系列和650系列是在以亲水性聚甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物为基质的TOYOPEARL HW-65（蛋白质分子量排阻界限为5×16）填料颗粒上导入各种离子交换基团制成的。

GigaCap系列和SuperQ系列填料适用于高载量・高分离性能的工业制备用。

TOYOPEARL离子交换填料550系列是以TOYOPEARL HW-65（蛋白质分子量排阻界限为7×105）为基材导入了离子交换基团制成，是高载量型的FFLC用填料，适合用于工业制备。

TOYOPEARL MegaCap II SP-550EC填料适用于分离肽和相对低分子量的蛋白质，粒径大（100～300 µm）、且物理稳定性优异，可以在高流速下使用。

TOYOPEARL, TOYOPEARL GigaCap, and TSKgel  anion exchange resins are polymer based media developed for the separation of biomolecules including monoclonal antibodies and oligonucleotides. Several of these resins are available in multiple particle sizes allowing for their use in capture, intermediate purification or polishing process steps.  

The following anion exchange resins are currently available from Tosoh Bioscience (available grades noted): 

 TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650 (C, M, S grades)  TOYOPEARL QAE-550 (C grade only)
 TOYOPEARL GigaCap Q-650 (M,S grades)  TOYOPEARL Q-600 AR (C grade only)
 TOYOPEARL DEAE-650 (C,M,S grades)  TSKgel SuperQ-5PW (20 and 30 micron)
 TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650 (M grade)  TSKgel DEAE-5PW (20 and 30 micron)
