TOYOPEARL GigaCap Q-650 media are high capacity anion exchange resins* optimized for the capture and purification of both small and large proteins, including oligonucleotides and monoclonal antibodies. A TOYOPEARL HW-65 polymeric bead has been chemically modified to provide a higher number of anionic binding sites for increased resin capacity.
In addition to the high DBC and good pressure flow characteristics, TOYOPEARL GigaCap Q-650 media display excellent binding and elution kinetics, which result in a more concentrated protein fraction collected during the elution step.
