Structure:
TOYOPEARL SP-650 media are strong cation exchangers for biomolecule purification. They can be used for high throughput capture, intermediate purification, and polishing process steps. The three available grades of this media (C,M, and S) all have the same polymeric backbone, so resin selectivity between the grades is unchanged. With the decreasing particle size, there will be a corresponding increase in resolution as well as column back pressure.
